Bryan Burch MS, PT, OCS, SCS

Bryan has over 40 years’ experience as a physical therapist focusing on orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation. He has directed and owned Burch Physical Therapy since 1995. Bryan earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Oklahoma and Rocky Mountain University, respectively. Bryan holds two board certifications as an Orthopaedic Specialist (OCS) and Sports Specialist (SCS). In 2014 Bryan became a TPI certified golf fitness instructor.

Bryan’s mission is to provide the best rehabilitation care possible. Bryan requires himself and his licensed staff to maintain a skill set that includes up to date exercise and manual techniques, that is supported by evidence-based research. Bryan believes it is his responsibility to maintain the highest level of rehabilitation for his patients and strives to meet that responsibility each day, setting our clinic apart from the rest.

Kathleen Wallace, PT, DPT, Pn1

Katie is a licensed Physical Therapist. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2010/11 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarkson University in 2014. Her experience is in neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, and sports rehabilitation conditions. Katie has a passion for helping others and striving to maintain the highest level of quality patient first care. When not working she enjoys running/sports, hiking, fishing, and building memories with her family.

Gavin Harrell, PT, DPT

Gavin is a licensed Physical Therapist. He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 2019 and Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2024. His primary background is in orthopedics. Gavin genuinely believes that the best part of physical therapy is the interactions between patient and clinician. He enjoys getting to know his patients and serving them to the best of his ability. When not working he enjoys spending time with loved ones, studying history, and western country dancing.

Vanessa Oster, PTA

Vanessa is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She graduated from Sacramento City College’s PTA program in 2013. Prior to entering the field as a Physical Therapist Assistant, she worked for over 8 years as a Certified Massage Therapist.

Alexis Walton, PTA

Alexis is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2017 and her Associate Degree at the Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2024. Her experience is in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. When not working, she enjoys backpack/hiking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, and hanging out with her two dogs!

Katie Hutchinson, PTA

Katie received her associate’s degree from Institute of Technology as a physical therapist assistant in 2024. Her experience thus far is in outpatient orthopedics. She has a passion for neuro and plans to continue her education to become a Physical Therapist. When she is not at work, she loves the outdoors and hiking, as well as riding her motorcycle with her kids and husband.
